Feel your left breast using your right hand in a circular motion from outer to inner until you reach your nipple then pinch or squeeze, and see if anything comes out like discharge. You can also do linear motion from your clavicle bone going down. Also, include your armpit in examining because the first target of breast cancer is your armpit. Repeat this procedure into your right breast and armpit.

If you feel a lump in your breast don't panic, it doesn't mean that if you have a lump it's already a cancer of the breast. Actually, not all lump that you feel is cancerous.
