Usaually a person will start having acne at the age of ten. Teenagers will naturally have it too. By the early 20's especially if the acne was not inherited, or the skin was not oily, Acne will soon dissappear.
But in other cases. Their acne continues into their 30's, 40's and even into their 50's. And the cause of this acne is hormonal or natural chemicals in our body that give its characteristic.
Women often have adult acne, which is most commonly seen in the lower cheeks, jaw and chin. Hormone estrogen enhances the skin, While androgen hormone is responsible for its oily and sensetive properties. Because women have a menstrual cycle they are more likely to develop hormonal changes. When the androgen hormone rises and the estrogen hormone goes down, there will be a hormonal imbalance, the skin becomes more oily and acne is more likely to develop. Stress in acne is a major factor.
In order to really improve the skin of those with adult acne, they need to be aware in their conditions. Women who experience it should consult with an ob gynecologist and a dermatologist. They will give you an answer on how to manage your hormonal imbalance. Face is a sensitive part of our body so no matter what our age, To take care of our we should be more careful.
What will you do if you have already experiencing Acne or Pimples?
1. Avoid extreme stress or wakefulness.
2. Wash your face 2 to 3 times a day using anti-bacterial soap, mild soap, or face wash with Benzoyl peroxide. Remember to rinse it well with more water. You can buy these products in drugstores.
3. Now after washing your face clean your acne or pimples with alcohol using cotton buds. Clean your pimple and its surroundings slowly.
4. Wash your hair with shampoo before you going to sleep because your hair might have bacteria or it is dirty. The bacteria will stick in your skin and can cause acne or pimples.
5. For women choose make-up products that are oil-free, water-based, or non-comedogenic. This is to make your face less oily and can prevent acne or pimples.
6. Avoid eating junk foods and oily foods these can cause acne or pimples.
7. Drink plenty of water so that our skin will be hydrated.
8. Eat vegetables and fruits because they contain Beta carotene which is healthy for our skin.
9. Don't ever squeeze your pimple.
